Paul is the co-founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer at Marshall Wace. Formerly, Paul was a Director and Chief Investment Officer for European Equities at Mercury Asset Management. He holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School and a BA (Hons) from St John’s College, Oxford.
